At Sticky Flyer Advertising, every order is custom printed to your exact specifications. We want to make it easy for you to know when to expect your order and what shipping options are available.

Order Processing & Production

• Proof Approval Required: Production begins the next business day after you approve your proof.
• Typical Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days after proof approval (includes production + shipping).
• Product-Specific Timelines: If a product has a unique production time, we’ll note it right on the product page.

Shipping Methods

• Free FedEx Ground Shipping: Every order ships free via FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days after production is complete.
• Expedited Options: Need it faster? Choose FedEx 2-Day Air or FedEx Overnight at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated based on your destination destination.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number after your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date if lost).
2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).
3. We’ll assist with the carrier claim and reprint your order at no cost once verified.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.
