Order Custom Sticky Notes in 3 Steps

Step 1 – Choose your size, quantity, and paper

Select the sticky note size, quantity, and paper color that fits your project. If you’re not sure, start with your most common use case:

  • Door-to-door / local marketing: larger notes like our 4×6 and 10×6 stand out best in full color
  • Office / internal use: smaller notes like 3×3 or 4×3 are good for everyday visibility
  • Events / giveaways: Notepads like 4×3 that are easy to hand out and keeps your brand top of mind

Step 2 – Upload your artwork (or request design help)

When you place your order, you will be asked to upload your print file. If you need us to create the design, select Design Service ($180) and we’ll handle the layout.

What you can upload:

  • PDF
  • High-resolution PNG/JPG (minimum DPI 300)

If you don’t have artwork:
No problem! We have a design interface for you to add your logo, text, and any images you want printed, right on our website!

Step 3 – Approve your proof, then we print & ship

After checkout and file submission, we’ll send a digital proof for your review. You’ll confirm everything looks right (spelling, placement, colors, sizing). Once approved, we move to production and shipping.

Proof checklist:

  • Confirm spelling, phone numbers, URLs, and QR codes
  • Check margins and “safe area” (important text away from edges)
  • Verify color expectations (screens vary—see note below)

Note about color:
Colors can look different on screens vs. print. We cannot guarantee color match.

  • Payment before proof: Because every order is custom, checkout is completed before the first proof is created. You still approve the proof before anything goes to print.
  • Fastest turnaround: Upload print-ready artwork and reply quickly to proof emails.
  • Common delay: Not using the template, low-resolution images, or last-minute copy changes.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork guidelines are included below. Use this list to get the cleanest print result.

Preferred files

  • Vector: PDF / AI / EPS (best for logos and sharp text)
  • Raster: PNG/JPG at 300 DPI at final print size

Safe area + margins

Keep important text and logos inside the safe area shown on our templates. Anything too close to the edge may look crowded or risk trimming variance.

Fonts + text

  • Convert fonts to outlines when possible
  • Avoid very thin fonts under small sizes
  • Keep minimum text size readable (especially for URLs). Typically, never go below 8 pt.

Image quality

If you use a small web image, it may print blurry.

Sticky Flyers perform best when applied to clean, dry surfaces. Extreme temperatures and moisture can reduce adhesion, so place flyers in sheltered spots when possible and test a sample if you’re canvassing in harsh conditions. We recommend using a microfiber cloth and wiping the surface prior to placing.
