At Sticky Flyer Advertising, every order is custom printed to your exact specifications. Because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds once printing has begun.
That said, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you experience any issues with the quality of your order, we will work with you to make it right.
Printing Issues or Errors
If your product arrives with a printing defect, damage, or does not match the approved design proof:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@stickyflyer.com
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product you received.
- Once verified, we will reprint your order at no additional cost and ship it to you promptly

To ensure the best results, please carefully review your order details and proofs before approving them for print. Sticky Flyer Advertising cannot be responsible for errors in customer-provided artwork, text, or design approvals.
