  • Actual Note Size: 3.00″ × 2.8125″
  • Adhesive edge: Adhesive is along the top 0.75″ (3″ × 0.75″ zone). Avoid heavy ink coverage in this band.
  • Safe area & bleed: Keep critical text/logos at least 3/16″ (0.1875″) inside final size on all sides; if art prints to the edge, add 1/16″ (0.0625″) bleed beyond trim (per template).
  • File type: Print-ready PDF preferred. High-resolution PNG/JPG accepted (300 dpi at final size).
  • Fonts & logos: Embed fonts or outline text before creating your PDF. Provide the highest-resolution logo available for best print quality.
