- Safe area: Keep critical text/logos inside 9.625″ × 5.375″ (3/16″ in from trim on all sides).
- Bleed: For edge-to-edge printing, extend artwork to 10.125″ × 5.875″ (add 1/16″ past trim).
- Adhesive edge: Adhesive runs along the 10″ side; avoid heavy ink in the top 0.75″ adhesive band.
- File types: Print-ready PDF preferred; high-res PNG/JPG accepted (300 dpi at final size).
- Fonts & logos: Convert text to outlines or include fonts; vector logos print best.
